How to use

Enter the Unix value and explicitly choose seconds or milliseconds from the source specification, not just its digit count. Select an IANA time zone.

Compare UTC and local representations of the same instant. If the date unexpectedly lands near 1970, first recheck the seconds/milliseconds setting.

Principles and limits

Each input is limited to 1,048,576 bytes, output to 33,554,432 bytes, and processing to 5,000 ms. Input is never silently truncated.
