Graphemes, code points, UTF-16 units and UTF-8 bytes count different things, especially for emoji and combining marks.
How to use
Enter the exact text you intend to submit. Read the measure required by the destination: visible graphemes, code points, UTF-16 units, or UTF-8 bytes.
Emoji and combining characters can produce different counts. Include newlines and trailing spaces; passing a character limit does not necessarily satisfy a byte limit.

Each input is limited to 1,048,576 bytes, output to 33,554,432 bytes, and processing to 5,000 ms. Input is never silently truncated.
