How to use

Convert UTF-8 text into hexadecimal, binary, or another supported byte representation to inspect encoding and newline differences. Match the representation when converting back.

Identical-looking text can have different bytes. For a non-UTF-8 file, use the character-set converter with its actual encoding instead of forcing UTF-8 decoding.
